SITE EVALUATION AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN REPORT – PEM’s experienced personnel provide a site evaluation of the proposed new EV Charger locations and existing electrical power available for potential EV Charger Systems.
OPPORTUNITY REPORT – Next, PEM will provide a detailed cost breakdown with the client selected EV Chargers including all cost: Electrical Engineering, Permits, EV Charger Cost, Electrical Support Equipment including all City approved electrical equipment, signage, protective barriers, and EV Charger software. PEM includes energy cost analysis and profitability based on PEM’s project historical usage and software data.
REBATES AND CITY APPROVAL – For available EV Charger Rebates, PEM provides all required Rebate paperwork and documentation to get current EV Charger Rebate approval prior to implementation and start of the project. PEM will then simultaneously submit the required Electrical Engineered Drawings as required with local City Electrical department for approval.
NEW EV CHARGER INSTALLATION – PEM’s experience and qualified technicians install the new approved Electrical Panels, Disconnects, step-down transformers, conduit, EV Chargers, signage, and protective bollards as per submitted City approved electrical plans for final City approval.
APPLICATION OF EV CHARGER SOFTWARE – PEM’s qualified staff onboard the factory installed software for the new EV Chargers and test the system with your onsite designated operator. PEM provides monitoring and assistance with questions and support in addition to the Software Company 24-hour assistance to help improve clients’ profitability and ease of use.
EV CARBON CREDITS / FEDERAL TAX CREDITS – PEM’s recommended EV installed software will assist to register, validate, and monetize credits through our network of our carbon credit partners for untapped additional revenue paid direct to the client.
