AUDIT EXISTING LIGHTING SYSTEM - PEM’s experienced personnel will audit your facilities including Industrial sites, Commercial buildings and Hospitals free of charge in the Southern California areas of Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.

REVIEW CURRENT ELECTRICAL BILLS – Provide PEM with the latest copy of your electrical bill and will determine the average monthly kW cost.

OPPORTUNITY REPORT – After PEM calculates your current energy rate and completes the site audit, PEM will then provide an approximate Monthly savings, Simple Payback, and the recommended Title 24 cost effective solution to achieve the electrical savings with desired paybacks.

REBATE ELIGIBILITY – PEM will recommend the best Rebate available for your project and approximately how much your project would qualify for.
